The Modeling Organizational Dynamics, Emergence, and Learning (MODEL) Lab, led by Dr. Neal Outland, is seeking undergraduate research assistants: Our lab examines team dynamics, human-AI collaboration, diversity, equity, and inclusion. We encourage our research assistants to participate in development opportunities within the lab, such as presenting at the CURO or Psi Chi symposiums or preparing materials for graduate school applications. We prefer applicants who can commit to working in the lab for at least two semesters and who have completed PSYC 3990.
