Professor Emeritus

Education

Ph.D., McGill University, 1978

Research Interests

My interests are in the areas of emotion regulation and gender identity. Studies are conducted on the effects of arousal, cognitive processes, and attendant affect on self-defeating behavior. Relationships among these processes and personality traits are investigated, and effects of gender identity, gender role stress, and sexual prejudice on behavior are also studied in my laboratory.

Dr. Zeichner is not accepting new Graduate students.
