Seeking Undergraduate Research Assistants

The Creating Our Future for Equitable Employment (COFFEE) Lab is looking for undergraduate research assistants to begin in Summer 2025 and/or Fall 2025. Applications for current openings will be accepted through March 31st.

Message from the COFFEE Lab:

Thank you for your interest in joining our lab as an Undergraduate Research Assistant. At the Creating Our Future for Equitable Employment (COFFEE) Lab, we think critically and engage in research to create a better world through science and education about organizational systems. Undergraduate research assistants can expect to engage in data cleaning, statistical analyses, and literature reviews, all while gaining hands-on experience in the field of psychology. Throughout their time in the lab, students may choose to develop independent research projects that can be presented at conferences and written up for publication. No prior research experience is needed, and ideal candidates will be able to commit to at least one year.

We encourage and welcome applications from students from underrepresented groups, including students from racial/ethnic minority backgrounds, students with disabilities, and students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds.

(If you want to know why these sort of statements are important, check out our research!)

You can apply to the lab using this link.

**Applications for Summer and Fall 2025 will be accepted through March 31st.**
