We seek to create and foster an equitable and inclusive environment for all members and potential members of the BBS program, with respect to historically underrepresented, understudied, underserved, underpowered, and marginalized groups, including, but not limited to, individuals from different social and ethnic backgrounds, of different sexes, sexual orientations and gender identities, political ideologies, creeds and religious affiliations, veteran status, and persons with mental health conditions, and different abilities in an effort to ensure all people feel welcome and safe in our program, department, and university.
