Image: On August 8th, the UGA Professional Master’s Program in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (IOMP) celebrated the graduation of its 12th cohort. The graduates completed the program after two years of coursework designed to prepare working professionals to apply I-O psychology principles to challenges in the workplace. Throughout the program, students build skills in areas such as leadership, talent management, organizational development, research methods, and data analysis while bringing their own professional experiences into the classroom. The Department of Psychology congratulates the Class of 2026 on this accomplishment and is proud to welcome them to the growing community of IOMP alumni. Congratulations to our newest graduates!
